Only where you’re willing to go

Set your starting point and how far you’ll travel. Clients outside your area can still ask — their booking comes to you as a request to accept or decline.

Travel fees by distance

Charge by distance tiers — say $10 within 5 km and $20 within 10 km. Clients see the exact fee as soon as they enter their address, and it’s added to the bill.

Everything you need at the door

Unit number, buzzer code, parking notes and the best way to reach them on site — clients fill it in when they book, so you’re never stuck in the lobby.

Take the payment right there with Tap to Pay on iPhone or a QR code. Tips are worked out on the session — not on your travel fee.

Protect your time and your income.

Two separate protections — turn on either one, or both. A deposit is paid when they book and holds the slot. A card guarantee only saves their card, and covers late cancellations and no-shows. Your policy decides what's fair — and your client sees it before they book.

A cancellation policy that's yours

✓Up to 5 tiers, by hours before the start, each a percent of the service total (before tax, tip and travel fee). Your last tier covers no-shows too.
✓Closer to the start can only cost the same or more.
✓With a deposit, the first tier is always “deposit only” — the deposit is kept.
✓Clients see the whole table and agree when they book. It's saved with that booking, so later edits don't change it.
✓Before they cancel, they see the exact amount.
✓With both on, the fee is whichever is larger — and the deposit counts toward it.

Platform fees are on top of standard card processing fees, which Stripe charges. Payments go straight to your own Stripe account — Keppia never holds your money. Refunds don't return the platform fee, unless the booking never took place.
